It was great to play at the Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony last Wednesday night. I’m pictured above playing on the main stage alongside Amy MacDonald. After our performance we welcomed Rod Stewart who continued with his song ‘Rhythm of my Heart’. It was a great experience piping to 40,000 people on Celtic Park and a televised audience of 1.5 billion! :O

Here’s a wee article from my local paper about my Glasgow 2014 bagpipe experience!
