So I’m off to Italy to perform with Bags of Rock on Friday. We’re playing the Montelago Celtic Festival (www.montelagocelticfestival.it) on Saturday night and can’t wait!
I’m then leaving the band after we play to fly to France to compete in the McCrimmon Trophy. This is an annual invitational solo piping competition where each piper is asked to play 3 sets: Breton, Scottish & Irish. This will be my 4th year and am honoured to have been asked back.
